R.U. Shalit Development, Building, and Project Initiation Ltd. was founded in 1976 as a construction contracting company named after the Shalit Rivka and Uriel. Rivka and Uriel rapidly utilized their increasing working knowledge and experience to branch out into additional directions in the construction industry. R.U. Shalit is currently a steadfast contracting company with an impeccable reputation. The project offers its residents an incredible view, quiet, and quality of life combined with luxury technical specifications. The project’s scope is approx. NIS 79 million.
Construction of the gas station and convenience store has been completed. A local commercial center, approx, 1,000 m2 in area is planned on the site.
A country club and commercial center, 10,000 m2 in area. The project is in partnership with Rami Levi Shivuk Hashikma. The project’s scope is approx. NIS 42 million.

A luxury 6-storey building with six exclusive residential units. Each apartment spans an entire storey, and is approx. 350 m2 in area. The foundation was built in 1996 and in 2009, the city construction plan was changed to luxury apartments. The project’s scope is approx. NIS 40 million.

A holiday hotel with 250 rooms, in partnership with the Kibbutz Kalia Cooperative. The project’s scope is approx. NIS 200 million.

R.U. Shalit is expanding its business overseas, based on its impeccable reputation and professionalism. To keep abreast of the development trend, the company has expanded its development activity to Eastern Europe, focusing mainly on Romania. The company, in partnership with local entities, is involved in improving and developing land for residential and office buildings, and has subsequently purchased hundreds of dunams of land for rezoning. The company is promoting the projects using the professional and financial tools at its disposal.
